TREASURING HEALTH

"Health is wealth",does health must be called a treasure or wealth?
July is the month were in we celebrate the nutrition month.For us,this month is a reminder that we should be careful on the foods that we are eating.Fruits and vegetables is a good source of vitamins.Junk foods is more expensive to buy,while fruits and vegetables is truly cheaper but it can give us vitamins.Why does we are still fun of buying junk foods that can give diseases to us if there's a fruit and vegetables that can help us maintain our good health?We should also have daily exercise to built the physical fitness of our body,so that we can still have extra energy to face unforseen emergencies.This year,the theme of this nutrition month is "Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifetyle Diseases Iwasan",and the STEP Club prepared different contests to be participated by the students of ISNHS,such as nutriquiz,nutrijingle,mural painting,cookfest and foodfest.
But why is it that we must treasure our health?Because without good health,we can't achieved our goals in life.We should consider the ten ways for maintaining our good health,eat right,exercise,floss,reduce stress,smile and laugh,drink more water,get some sunshine,sleep right,wash your hands and maintain healthy relationships with others.
